关于BSCI验厂 不得不提起这五大问题,80%的工厂都会有这些问题,那么我们应该如何想办法避免呢?
一、工资支付不足。大部分工厂从事的是劳动密集型产业,工人的工资多数是计件制。计 件制工资下,工厂不仅仅需要支付计件部分的工资,工作日晚上、周末或法定节假日加班还需另外支付加班费,另外法定节假日需支付节假日补贴。若有因停工待料,而放假的情况,工厂应按照基本工资标准支付补贴。但是大部分工厂在加班补贴和节假日补贴支付上都不足。
二、加班时间超时。所有的人权验厂对于加班时间都有限制,如BSCI验厂要求每周加班不超过 12小时。当然有综合计时批文的工厂加班时间可以超过每月加班36小时的严格限制,但是综合计时周期内的总工时不能超标。由于大部分工厂就是利用员工加班 加点赶产量出效益,加班超时基本是所有工厂的通病。
三、未给所有员工缴纳社会保险。由于劳动法要求企业应给所有员工缴纳社会保险,因此审核员按此条开出社保缴纳情况不符点。由于缴纳社保的费用较高,工厂一般都不愿全员参保。因此此项为大部分工厂的软肋。
四、人权审核。主要是审核工厂的工资、工时、环境健康(EHS验厂) 安全等方面,是否达到客户或者是人权标准的要求,以保证工厂提供的产品是在安全、健康、卫生的环境下由受到合理待遇的工人生产出来的。
五、危险化学品管理不规范。一般工厂均有化学品,通常最常见的就是机油,润滑油之类的。但是一般工厂对于此类危险化学品无管控,在车间、仓库内随意摆放,未张贴MSDS、警告标语,无二次容器,化学品仓库无防爆灯、防爆开关等。另外危废物直接当一般垃圾处理,未交由专业的处理公司收集处理。
